Job description
Overview

An exciting opportunity to work in Trusts Discharge Lounge. The Discharge Lounge is looking for hardworking, experienced care staff that want to work with our patients to get them well, and get them home, in a safe, Multi-disciplinary caring environment., The Care Support Worker will work together with members of the Nursing team and contribute to the implementation of a high standard and individualised patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
  • The post holder will be required to communicate effectively with other members of the health care team, patients and relatives and must be able to recognise and report to the appropriate person any changes in the patient's condition which may require the intervention of others.
