Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,066 - £26,632 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Are you a kind, patient person and passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Care and Support Workers to join our close-knit team supporting children with epilepsy and complex medical and developmental needs. As a Care Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals across both our Children's Homes (ages 5-19). You’ll build strong, respectful relationships and provide high-quality, person-centred support that helps people grow in confidence, develop skills, and discover joy in everyday experiences.
