A leading educational support organization in Gateshead is seeking a Care Support Worker to assist children with additional needs in specialist school environments. This role focuses on providing day-to-day support, encouraging confidence, and building relationships. We are looking for a Care Support Worker to support children and young people in specialist school settings across the Newcastle and Gateshead area. These schools work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, and they are hoping to welcome someone who can offer patience, reliability, and a reassuring presence throughout the day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
