A local care provider in Newport is seeking dedicated Care Professionals to join their team. This role involves providing companionship, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring a happy environment for clients. Full training is provided, and candidates with or without experience can apply. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. The position offers a pay rate of £13-£13.50 per hour along with generous mileage allowances and various benefits like paid training and shadowing visits.

Minimum of 1 Hour Visits with your regular clients, so you have the time to build great relationships and you don't feel rushed.
If you are new to care or have experience as a Care Professional/HCA Support Worker, we would love to hear from you! If you don’t have experience, that is not a problem. We provide full training and encourage candidates from all different backgrounds to apply. Home Instead offers training with our in‑house Learning & Development team to gain NVQs in Health & Social Care and other career path development & support.
We require all candidates to have a full UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle. (Generous Mileage Allowance with this role & travel time)
