Care Navigator – Secondment or Fixed Term to 31 March 2026

Alness/Invergordon Medical Group is a large and busy NHS Highland GP Practice based across two sites. We are looking to welcome enthusiastic care navigators to our friendly team on a fixed term basis. The role involves being the first point of contact for our patients and providing administrative support to our GPs.

Hours are negotiable but the ideal candidates will be flexible and available for shifts between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients.
  • Provide comprehensive reception services.
  • Perform administrative duties, multi-tasking whilst working well under pressure.
  • Ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good level of IT skills.
  • Methodical, attention to detail, team player.
