Key Responsibilities
  • Care Package Management
    • Oversee the delivery of complex care packages tailored to individual needs.
    • Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure care plans remain appropriate and effective.
    • Act as the main point of contact for families, professionals, and service users.
    • Ensure continuity and consistency of care across all packages.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
    • Conduct regular supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews.
    • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
    • Ensure staff are trained and compliant with all mandatory requirements.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure services meet all relevant CQC standards, safeguarding protocols, and internal policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, care plans, and risk assessments.
    • Respond to incidents and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for service growth and expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with ICS partners, commissioners, and stakeholders.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and service improvement initiatives.
    • Represent the organisation at external meetings and networking events.
