Social Care Trainer (Part-Time) - Luxury Care Home

Salary: 40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Fleet, Hampshire

We are excited to be recruiting a part-time Social Care Trainer for a luxury care home for older people and people living with dementia. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a positive, person-centred culture at a newly opened care home.

As Social Care Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training to ensure the team are confident, skilled, and fully compliant. You'll deliver engaging training sessions across all mandatory subjects and support colleagues to continuously develop their practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mandatory adult social care training, including moving and handling, safeguarding, infection control and dementia awareness
  • Support new starters through induction and ongoing development
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure all training meets regulatory requirements
  • Promote best practice and a high-quality learning culture within the home
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to identify training needs
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about great care and confident in engaging learners at all levels. You will have:

  • A relevant training qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent)
  • Train the Trainer certificates in mandatory adult social care subjects
  • Experience delivering training in a care home or health and social care environment
  • Strong communication skills and a supportive, positive approach
Salary
  • 40,000pa pro rata
