A reputable organization in healthcare is seeking an experienced Manager for their Residential Care Home based in the East Midlands. You will oversee the daily operations and quality of service, managing a team of 25 staff. The ideal candidate has a background in residential care, particularly in dementia care, with at least 5 years of experience and NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care. This full-time position offers a salary of £56,000-66,000 per annum, along with structured working hours from Monday to Friday.

We are seeking an experienced Manager from a Residential care-home background with experience in Dementia care, who can actively contribute to the team, drive standards forward and take responsibility for achieving team targets. Working hours are 8.30 – 5 Monday to Friday and every other weekend with on-call duties.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: c£56,000-66,000 per annum, DOE
