Care Home Deputy Manager

Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Days
Contract: Permanent

Essential Requirements
  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. You will supervise and lead care teams, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also take full responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager.

  • Conducting pre-admission assessments and reviewing care plans.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and strong communication with families and professionals.
