Care Home Deputy Manager (Nursing)

Location: Downham Market, Norfolk
Salary: £55,000 per year
Hours: Days
Contract: Permanent

Essential Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of safeguarding pathways and CQC standards.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop care teams.
  • Experience building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and professionals.
The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, leading and mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. You will also take full responsibility for the home in the Home Manager's absence.
