Job summary

A home care service provider in Chelmsford is seeking a Care Coordinator to support their management team and ensure effective service delivery. Qualifications

  • Professional experience in providing care and support, ideally in a Home Care setting.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Care Manager in running the service.
  • Update and maintain digital records.
  • Discuss purchasing fees with local authorities and clients.
  • Investigate complaints and take remedial action.
  • Provide great customer service.
  • Accept new care packages from different referral routes.
  • Provide care and be available for out-of-hours on-call services.
  • Prepare staff rotas and reorganize when necessary.
  • Carry out supervisions and assessments.
