A leading care provider in Sunderland is looking for a Care Co-ordinator, specifically female applicants, to join their Mental Health Team. The role involves delivering person-centred care, supporting clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and encouraging community engagement. The successful candidate will benefit from a salary of £26,403, with excellent training opportunities into a rewarding job role. This position offers 37 hours per week, sleep-in payments, and generous annual leave.

We are seeking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator level 1 (Female only) into our Mental health Team who can deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care and support to customers. This care and support should have the individual at its centre, promote respect, dignity, engagement, and participation, throughout the delivery of personalised care and support.
We are keen to recruit candidates who are able to support and enable our customers to lead and maintain fulfilling lives whilst ensuring that their daily individual care and support needs are met whilst ensuring their quality of life is paramount.
