A prominent social care provider in the UK is looking for a Care Co-ordinator to join their Autism Team. The role involves delivering high standards of person-centred care, supporting customers with daily living tasks, and ensuring they engage with the community effectively. Candidates must have relevant experience, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and be prepared to work flexible hours. This position offers a pro-rated salary ranging from £26,403 to £28,142, along with excellent training opportunities and career development within a supportive environment.

We are seeking to recruit Care Co‑ordinator(s) (Level 1) into our Autism Team who can deliver exceptional standards of person‑centred care and support to those with a high level of support needs and who may be at risk of displaying challenging behaviour.
These principal responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties; only a general guide to the role. In consultation with the post holder, the duties may change from time to time to reflect the changing needs of the customer/service.
