We are recruiting Care Assistants in North Tyneside, each joining a small, dedicated care team within their local area.

The Roles (2 Positions Available)
Role 1: Killingworth (NE12)
  • Walker or Driver
  • Supporting people living in and around Killingworth
Role 2: Coastal Area (NE26 & NE30)
  • Walker or Driver
  • Covering Monkseaton, Cullercoats & Whitley Bay

Walkers welcome

Drivers must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Pay, Hours & Bonuses

We offer block pay (not pay per call), meaning you’re paid from your first visit to your last visit within a shift.

  • £12.82 per hour (Drivers)
  • £12.25 per hour (Walkers)
  • Mileage: 45p per mile (drivers) / 20p per mile (cyclists)
  • Full-time hours available
Bonus Schemes
  • up to £300 New Starter Bonus
  • up to £300 Refer a Friend Bonus
  • up to £400 Annual Bonus
  • £25 Birthday Gift Voucher
Working Hours

Your working hours will follow our agreed shift patterns:

  • Early shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • Late shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

You’ll be placed on a 2-week rota, which includes:

  • Alternate full weekends or
  • Every Saturday or every Sunday
  • Evenings agreed within your contracted hours
