As the CARE ASSISTANT some of your duties will be to provide all aspects of personal care, assist residents to and from bed, complete hourly checks (on nights), help residents participate in meaningful activities and maintain a clean and tidy home. We would prefer that you have a Health and Social Care Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent; not essential). We will support you in every step of your Care Assistant duties by providing training and career development. You will need to show a desire to care, empathy towards our elderly residents, and a willingness to progress your career within this rewarding field.
