Responsibilities
  • As a care assistant, provide kind and supportive care to residents, including help with daily activities and personal care such as bathing and grooming.
  • Support at mealtimes and assist with activities of daily living as required.
  • Engage with residents on a personal level, sharing hobbies and interests and facilitating activities such as cooking, baking, gardening, or outings.
  • Ensure residents feel safe and comfortable, listening to their needs and providing compassionate care.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the values of the organisation.
About the Home

Cadogan Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support as part of a large charitable organisation. We can support up to 70 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
