As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality personal care, contribute to the care team, and ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents, including assisting with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and independence.
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents (e.g., weight loss, pressure areas, falls risk, signs of infection) and escalate identified risks promptly.
  • Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
  • Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

About the role

Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
