A leading care provider is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for their Floryn House Care Home in Kidlington. The role involves supporting residents with personal care, daily routines, and engaging them in social activities to create a warm environment. Candidates should possess a caring nature, strong communication skills, and ideally have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. You will support them with personal care and daily routines, follow individual care plans, and be a reassuring presence throughout the day. We are looking for someone with a caring nature, strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach. A Health and Social Care qualification at NVQ Level 2 is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in a similar role, but we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and transferable skills.
