Job summary

A leading retirement community provider is seeking a Care Assistant to join their team in Chislehurst. This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to residents living in a retirement living environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, housekeeping, and promoting wellbeing. Candidates should have a warm personality, customer service skills, and a passion for caring for older individuals. A qualification in health and social care is preferred but not essential. Qualifications
