Qualifications

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or health & social care is essential.
  • Full UK working rights.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
  • Solid understanding of care plans and safe care delivery.

Blue Arch Homecare is looking for skilled, reliable, and experienced care professionals to join our growing domiciliary care team in Chippenham. We are seeking individuals who are confident, competent, and able to deliver high-quality care independently.

Duties:
  • Provide high-quality support with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, dressing, meal preparation and mobility
  • Follow and implement individualised care plans accurately
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required
  • Maintain accurate notes and records through our electronic care system
  • Attend training sessions and contribute to team meetings
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills for electronic care records
  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or health & social care is essential
  • Full UK working rights – we are not able to offer sponsorship
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car
  • Solid understanding of care plans and safe care delivery
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

You could be working:
  • Mornings: 07:00–15:00
  • Evenings: 15:00–22:30
  • Nights: 22:30–07:00

Alternate weekend availability is required to ensure continuity of care for our service users.
