Amberley Care Home is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Sale, providing Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for 72 residents.
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and help deliver outstanding care. Whether you are experienced or new to care, you will support residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a warm and welcoming environment.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
You will help residents with personal care, mobility, and everyday tasks while promoting independence. Following individual care plans, you will provide compassionate support, monitor residents’ health, and report concerns to senior staff. You will assist at mealtimes, encourage social engagement, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and respond promptly to call bells and emergencies. Above all, you will help bring joy and comfort to residents every day.
You may have experience in a care setting, but it is not essential – a caring nature and transferable skills are what matter most. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not required. You will be compassionate, committed, and able to work well as part of a team.
