As a Care Professional, you’ll play a vital part in your clients’ daily routines. From offering practical help with personal care and preparing wholesome meals, to sharing conversation and supporting clients in their community, you’ll help create a warm, reassuring environment throughout the winter and beyond.

Key responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily routines (personal care and medication reminders)
  • Prepare wholesome meals and warming drinks tailored to preferences
  • Share meaningful conversation and enjoyable activities to brighten their day
  • Carry out light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home
  • Offer companionship, encouragement, and assistance with outings
  • Run essential errands when required
