Duties
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients in meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
  • Help clients manage their medications and attend medical appointments.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Facilitate social activities and encourage participation in community events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the supervising staff.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff or volunteers as required, fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
