You'll support clients in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity while providing exceptional care and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and dignified personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and the safe use of equipment.
  • Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
  • Administer or prompt medication according to care plans.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Help with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to travel between clients' homes.
Requirements
