Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met in a compassionate, respectful, and dignified manner.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, following health and safety guidelines.

Essential Requirements

• A caring, patient, and professional approach to home care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel between client homes.
