What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Professional you'll deliver high-quality person-centred support that prioritises dignity, respect and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
  • Medication support (preparation and administration)
  • Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
  • Mobility and equipment support
  • Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Encourage social engagement and family connections
  • Monitor health and report any changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications
