The Responsibilities:

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Provide high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication, and mobility.
  • Monitor health and wellbeing.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Encourage customer independence.
  • Accompany customers to appointments and social outings.
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with team members and families.

  • Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided!
  • Must be a local UK resident (We are currently unable to accept international applications and cannot provide COS switches at this time)
