Responsibilities

• We work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and provide support to colleagues.
• Provide the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Support leisure and social activities as part of the day.
• Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues, demonstrating respect and dignity.
• Communicate well and maintain a flexible approach.
• Have energy, caring attitude and enthusiasm for the needs of older people.
