Are you a Care Assistant that is passionate about providing quality care? New Oscott Retirement Village, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, are recruiting now. We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. This is an exciting time to join our Village and be part of a supportive team.

Details

Hours: 20 hours per week

Shifts: Fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, with every other weekend required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service. Early shifts start at 7am and late shifts end at 10pm.

Salary: £12.96 per hour

Location: New Oscott Retirement Village

Responsibilities
  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents including physical and personal care and support with social activities.
  • Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of residents.
  • Encourage independence and self-belief.
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Care Assistant Person Specification
  • Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
  • Flexible with hours.
