Job summary

A caring service provider in Belfast is seeking Community Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults in their homes. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a driver's license, and a caring nature. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the emotional wellbeing of clients. Flexibility in working hours and competitive pay are offered, along with full training for those without prior experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (not essential as full training will be provided).
  • You must be registered with NISCC or willing to register.
  • You will be required to undergo an enhanced Access NI check.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Support independence with dignity and respect.
  • Assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Provide company and engaging conversation.
  • Perform light household duties.
  • Support social outings.
