Why are we recruiting?

It’s a simple reason - and a fantastic one! We’re proud to share that many of our dedicated care staff have progressed into senior roles. How? Through our focused three-step approach: Investing in further training courses, giving them more autonomy & responsibility and celebrating small wins!

This culture of development and empowerment wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our respected and highly experienced Home Manager - a qualified Nurse with 35 years of experience, including 10 years in senior management.

At our most recent Care Inspection, we were evaluated in two key areas, achieving an excellent outcome of ‘Very Good’ (Grade 5) in both. Here’s what our residents have to say:

  • "I've lived in other places, this one is the best with the best staff."
  • “Staff don't know the word no to any of my problems.”

We firmly believe we deliver to such a high standard because of our five core values:
Trust|Respect |Passion |Kindness | Inclusivity

These values define who we are and underpin everything we do, from the smallest interaction to the most complex care. If you live by these principles, Glebe House is a place where you can belong and truly make a difference.

Our Care Assistants are at the heart of our service. In this vital role, you’ll support our residents with their daily routines, help promote independence and contribute to their overall wellbeing and happiness. It’s not just about delivering care - it’s about building meaningful relationships every day.

Don’t have experience in care? No problem!

If you’re naturally kind, compassionate, and looking for a role where you can make a real impact, we’ll provide the guidance, training, and encouragement to help you build a fulfilling career in care.
