We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our award-winning team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene while maintaining independence, dignity, and respect.
  • Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure areas, risk of falls, signs of infection) and escalating identified risks promptly.
  • Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
  • Practising safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you should live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Experience is not required as we provide a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence in your role.
