The Cardiology department at King's Mill Hospital is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and busy team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment to excellence. As a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient pathways. You will be the first point of contact for patients and colleagues, handling inquiries and providing support. Your role will involve meticulous management of patient data, balancing urgent and routine referrals and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail and a compassionate approach to patient care.
