Cardiac Physiologist Helper — Band 2
Applications are invited for a highly motivated individual to join the Cardiology team as a Cardiac Physiologist Helper at Croydon University Hospital, part of Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. This is a very busy and demanding role and the successful candidate will need previous experience of working in a busy department/ward. Interview Date TBC
The main Cardiology Department is based in the Croydon Heart Centre along with a Cardiac Catheter Suite and Daycare Unit. It provides a comprehensive range of non-invasive procedures that include ECGs, Ambulatory monitoring (ECG, Event and BP), Technician Led Exercise Tests, Adult Transoesophageal Echocardiography, Adult and Paediatric Transthoracic Echocardiography (including contrast, bubble studies and stress echo). There are also specialist Heart Failure, Valve and Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinics.
This post is based at Croydon University Hospital but there will be some days required at Purley and New Addington Community Diagnostic Centres.
