Overview

CARAVAN/MOTORHOME SALES – We are looking for someone experienced in the motor trade who is happy to move to selling high value motorhomes/campervans and caravans. Salary: £26,000-£28,000 basic; £50,000-£60,000 OTE within the first 12 months. 5 days per week across a 7 day rota (typically 5 weekends in 8), with a Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm shift.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the forecourt, and via digital enquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable caravan models, features, and packages.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and optional extras.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and sales using CRM systems.
  • Provide finance, warranty, and aftersales options to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure all caravans are presented to a high standard in the showroom and on the forecourt.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
