Overview

Wanzl is a leading provider of car park management solutions dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and this is where you fit in.

Our Operatives work in busy car parks, ensuring shopping trolleys are collected from allocated areas of the car park and returned to customer pick up points in a good clean condition. This may be on foot or with the assistance of a Quickart or vehicle.

Our team also offer customers assistance with loading their cars and ensuring the car parks are free of litter. In short; our job is to give customers the best possible shopping experience in the best possible shopping environment by adopting our company values.

Health and safety is our top priority. We want to ensure not only your safety, but also that of the rest of your team and our customers by providing comprehensive training and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deputy support for the Supervisor managing a small team to deliver the highest standard of service to our customer.
• Ensuring adherence across the team to the Company\'s HR and H&S policies and procedures.
• Supporting with accurate recording and submission of time sheets on a weekly basis.
• Supporting with completion of weekly rosters.
• Liaising with store managers and colleagues to help develop and maintain excellent working customer relationships.
• Dealing with customers and resolving any complaints.
• Carrying out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
• Supporting with the motivation, training and development of a flexible team.

Hours of work 40 hours per week, shifts vary between Sunday to Saturday. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
