Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!

Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!

This is a full time role (37.5 hours p.w) , that will see you working 5 days over 7, including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Car Park Attendant at our Gloucester sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include :

• Engaging with Customers : Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
• Traffic Control Measures : Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
• Regular Foot Patrols : Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
• Grounds Maintenance : Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
