A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Capital Projects Digital & Data Analytics Lead to define and deliver digital and data analytics capabilities for capital projects. The role entails driving GenAI initiatives, managing project teams, and ensuring governance in project data management. This position is hybrid providing flexibility between on-site and remote work, with application closing on January 19, 2026. Candidates should possess extensive experience in capital project delivery, particularly in pharma or infrastructure sectors.

As the Lead, you will be the single point of accountability for defining and delivering, in collaboration with Tech department, digital, data analytics and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities that unlock value across capital project delivery (design, construction, commissioning, handover). You will translate enterprise strategy into pragmatic project-level solutions, drive safe adoption, mentor a delivery team, and ensure handover to operations.
This role can be based in the United Kingdom (GSK HQ, London) or Philadelphia USA, Wavre, Belgium and offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site and remote work.
