A leading financial services consulting firm in London is seeking an experienced Director for Capital Markets Transformation. The role involves leading strategic change programs for clients, focusing on regulatory changes, client experience enhancements, and operational resilience. We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Transformation Director to join our Banking & Markets team within the Financial Services Consulting practice. The successful candidate will lead strategic transformation programmes for leading universal banks, investment banks, broker‑dealers, asset managers and market infrastructure providers. This role requires an understanding of capital markets products end‑to‑end trade lifecycle including post trade operations and technology combined with proven experience delivering large‑scale change in complex regulated environments.
You will help clients navigate the challenges of post trade regulatory change digitisation operational resilience and evolving customer expectations shaping strategies and delivering measurable addition to your delivery excellence you will leverage your established industry network and client relationships to originate and grow accounts playing a pivotal role in building trusted long‑term partnerships with C‑suite stakeholders and positioning our firm as a partner of choice across the capital markets sector.
