This post is a generic reception and administration role and will require working across CAMHS sites. The role includes various administrative tasks as per the job description. Adaptability, the ability to initiate changes, and a flexible, unflappable approach to work are essential and help maintain the high standards of our service.
We are looking for a person who can provide comprehensive reception and administrative support to a multidisciplinary team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for families/carers and other members of the service user’s network.
The successful candidate will need to meet all essential criteria as detailed in the person specification and will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
The receptionist plays an important role as often the first face‑to‑face contact for families/carers and the young person’s network. The role should ensure that the young person’s experience with clinical services is efficient, effective, responsive and sensitive to their needs, and promotes the good image of the service.
