A prominent health organization in Wales is seeking a Clinical CAMHS Practitioner to join their Eating Disorder team. The ideal candidate will assess and support young people with eating disorders and mental health issues as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is a temporary role with robust career development opportunities. An understanding of mental health problems, excellent organizational skills, and a compassionate approach are essential. Welsh language skills are desirable, and applications are welcome in both Welsh and English.

An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical CAMHS Practitioner within the Eating Disorder team. The Clinical CAMHS Practitioner for Eating Disorders role has been developed as part of the Mental Health improvement agenda as we continue to develop CYP eating disorders services regionally and nationally. We are recruiting a Clinical CAMHS Practitioner to the West (Gwynedd) ED team. We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate and person-centred individual; adopting an inclusive approach to support people with an Eating Disorder. This post will form part of a strong multi-disciplinary team and will have robust career development and CPD opportunities in order to ensure that we provide the highest quality, contemporary, evidence-based care working with young people. The successful candidate must be able to practice autonomously and have the freedom to exercise judgement about actions, in turn accepting responsibility and being held to account for ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered to Children & Young People with an Eating Disorder.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
