A prominent NHS Trust in London is seeking a Business and Administrative Lead to play a key role in operational management and oversee the administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and financial skills, support strategic planning, and ensure effective service delivery. The role offers flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance. This is a non-clinical role, integral to the Centre's functioning.
The postholder will play a key role in the Centre’s operational management and will oversee the work of the administrative team. The Business and Administrative Lead will work with the Centre’s senior clinical leaders to develop and implement workplans and activities across all areas of the Centre’s work, taking an important role in the Centre’s business, digital and financial planning. We would like to appoint a person who shares our values, aims and possesses excellent administrative, financial and business skills. The postholder will work with the Centre leadership team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery including training, licenses and invoicing across the teams. This is a valued role within the centre, integral to day to day functioning and project planning. The role will suit an organised individual with the ability to prioritise and plan work whilst remaining focussed on the values and aims of the Centre.
Michael Rutter Centre based on the Maudsley Hospital site (headquarters). Our Trust headquarters is located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2) and is within walking distance from the beautiful green spaces of Ruskin Park and the vibrant high-street that offers great shopping opportunities and with a wide range of restaurants. (Due to move to the Pears Maudsley Children and Young People (PMCYP) at the Maudsley Hospital in late 2025/early 2026)
