• Background in hospitality with Team/Shift Leader experience.

• Health & Safety and Food Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and safety standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee café operations in the Manager's absence.
• Support Café Manager with coaching and development.
