Job description

Stylish, grounded, uplifting - these values live through everything we do at Boden. Without the collaboration, honesty and friendship between our teams, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We curate a world of beauty that is ethical, inclusive—and importantly—good fun. We inspire you to live your best life. We are Boden.

Overview

At Boden, our Buying Admin Assistants play a key role in bringing our beautiful collections to life. Reporting into the Buyer, you’ll provide vital support across all stages of product development—from first samples to final delivery. You’ll manage samples, liaise with suppliers, track critical paths, and keep our systems running smoothly to ensure everything arrives on time and to the high standards we’re known for.

Location: 4-5 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.

We are currently hiring for multiple BAA positions across our Womenswear and Childrenswear areas.

What You Will Do
  • Product Development: Support the creation of our Childrenswear ranges, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to bring each design to life.
  • Notify suppliers when development BOMs are created on PLM and ready for sampling.
  • Critical Path Management: Own and update the department critical path, ensuring key milestones are met and deliveries stay on track through weekly team and supplier meetings.
  • Communicate lap dip, trim, and bulk approvals in line with timelines, flagging any concerns early and proposing solutions.
  • Sample Management: Coordinate samples for fittings, shoots, and trade meetings, making sure everything arrives on time and is beautifully presented.
  • Work with Technical and Production teams to ensure Photo, TOP, and Press samples are ordered and delivered for shoots.
  • Systems & Administration: Maintain PLM data accurately and assist with order confirmations and production BOMs.
  • Keep our approvals and development files organised and up to date.
What We Are Looking For
  • A genuine interest in fashion, product development, and buying.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
  • Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Some administrative or retail experience is beneficial but not essential – enthusiasm and curiosity go a long way!
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary & targeted annual bonus scheme.
  • Generous Boden clothing allowance!
  • 30% discount on all current clothing ranges.
  • 25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.
  • Virtual GP Service for you and your household!
  • Free onsite parking and subsidised café.
