About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Buyer to lead tendering activities, drive value through supplier negotiations, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end procurement processes, deliver commercial impact, and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
  • Lead the development and execution of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs across a range of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define tender specifications, scope, and evaluation criteria.
  • Manage tender timelines, documentation, and all supplier communications.
  • Analyse bids and support structured evaluation processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
Supplier Negotiation & Contracting
  • Conduct commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, terms, and service levels.
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ESG standards.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term partnership success.
Strategic Sourcing
  • Carry out market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Contribute to the development of category strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier performance and elevate corrective actions when required.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to provide guidance on procurement best practices and compliance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to procurement spend.
Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations on tender outcomes and supplier performance.
  • Share procurement insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
  • Translate procurement data into actionable intelligence to support informed decision-making.
