BUYER
SHELF, HALIFAX/BRADFORD
PERMANENT - FROM DAY ONE
SALARY UP TO 30k

Our client is a Yorkshire based manufacturer of fan and smoke extraction systems, ranging from car park ventilation systems, smoke control to tunnel ventilation, and where all the design and manufacturing is all completed in the one location.

Due to continued growth and expansion they require a buyer to join their existing small team.

This is a key position, where you as the buyer can learn off the existing team and at the same time help drive the business and make the position your own.

This buyer role is varied, detailed and integral to the success of the company, and will involve

  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Able to work on own and within a team
  • Able to prioritize / manage time
  • Work with sage 50/200/construct or similar
  • Proficient with office
  • Fluent (speaking & writing) in English
  • Co-ordinate with customers (internal & external)
  • Stock monitoring/forecast
  • Supplier evaluations
  • Negotiations

Your hours will be

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

8am to 2.30pm Friday - yes, early Friday finish.

You’ll already have a background in a manufacturing company and dealing with raw materials, collating certificates etc,etc.

You’ll get a competitive salary up to 30k, free parking, annual profit bonus, 33 days holiday, pension.
