The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of procurement experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This role involves strategic procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and stakeholder management, ensuring optimal service and cost reduction.

Job Overview
The Buyer will be report into the Category Manager. You will be responsible for supporting in business unit & category strategy development, execution, and sourcing activity, ensuring supply chain solutions are fit for purpose, aligned to business needs, and represent lowest total cost, optimal service, and highest quality with relevant impactful supply base innovation.
As the Buyer, you will implement and maintain supplier management programs across all key areas of spend. You will support project across the Business Services and Soft Services team.
Main Duties
You will support and lead on strategic procurement activities and support on complex high value sourcing activities and negotiations, identifying new and more competitive sources of supply. The Buyer will negotiate and influence suppliers to achieve best market value and have the ability to identify cost reduction opportunities within the business.
