Location: Leeds

Salary: 35,000 - £40,000 + excellent benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours, flexible hours. 1 day working from home

Are you an ambitious Buyer ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial fashion and athleisure brand with sales exceeding £20m, stocked by leading retailers and with a strong direct-to-consumer presence.

We're looking for a passionate, driven Buyer to support the development and growth of our product ranges, working closely with design, sales, marketing and e-commerce teams. You'll thrive in a fast-paced SME environment where no two days are the same and your ideas and decisions will have real impact.

What you'll be doing

• Driving the development and growth of fashion and performance ranges.
• Managing the critical path across multiple product categories and global suppliers.
• Negotiating costs and building strong supplier relationships, including potential overseas travel.
• Presenting ranges confidently to directors and the wider team.
• Monitoring stock and trading performance, reacting quickly to market changes.
• Partnering with design on new product development to build profitable, exciting ranges.
• Supporting wholesale with key account buys and data accuracy.
• Completing seasonal analysis, pricing frameworks and lessons learned reviews.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion buying at a similar level.
• Strong commercial acumen and a love for product and fashion.
• Excellent negotiation, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive problem solver who works well under pressure.
• Confident with Microsoft Office; relevant degree preferred but not essential.
