Exciting opportunity for a Buyer to support procurement, manage contracts, work with suppliers, and help deliver value in a leading, forward‑thinking law firm.

The role

Join Mills & Reeve as a Buyer and play a key role in supporting our 2030 strategy. This full‑time, permanent position is based in Birmingham (with occasional travel and hybrid working). You'll work closely with our Head of Procurement & Finance Operations, leading procurement projects, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring best value for the firm. You'll help drive cost savings, support compliance, and contribute to our high‑performing team.

The person

We're looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic Buyer with experience in purchasing indirect goods and services. You'll be confident working with stakeholders at all levels, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of procurement processes are essential. MCIPS qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
