Job summary

A butcher shop in Tonbridge is looking for an experienced Butcher and Butchery Manager. In this role, you will prepare a full range of meats and provide excellent customer service to ensure every customer has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of butchery experience and strong knowledge of food safety practices. This position also includes supporting online operations and upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • 5 day shifts per week (including Saturdays)
  • Flexibility required during busy seasonal periods
